Awarded to the company that most successfully promotes and implements a learning and development culture to achieve outstanding organisational and individual success.
Who Should Apply?
Any business large or small from sole trader to large businesses that can demonstrate a commitment to ongoing people development.How will the award be judged?
All applicants must provide written evidence in all of the following areas on company letterhead by 5pm on Thursday 31st March 2011 to Coleraine Borough Business Awards, Coleraine Borough Chamber, 2 Abbey Street, Coleraine, BT52 1DS.
- Provide a brief overview of your organisation commenting on for example mission statement, values, business objectives, workforce demographics and facilities etc. (750 words)
- How has your organisation demonstrated outstanding commitment to training (max 500 words)
- What impact has your delivery of training and development had on your staff or client base in the last 24 months? (max 500 words)
- Describe the design and delivery methods of your training and development programme and explain how the results are measured in terms of people and performance (max 500 words)
Judges will only consider training and development programmes in the period April 2009 – April 2011.
Short listed applicants may be asked to produce evidence of ongoing personnel development in support of their application at interview stage in April 2011.
