The Department for Infrastructure is preparing a new Transport Strategy.  The Strategy will set out a new vision and strategic priorities for our transport system through to 2035. The Strategy aims to articulate the role of transport as a social, economic and environmental enabler and will establish a set of transport priorities for the Department to deliver against.

Your insights will help shape a transport system that works for all, whilst also safeguarding the environment for future generations. Please have your say by completing our online questionnaire. The survey is quick and simple to complete and seeks views on our vision, strategic priorities, proposed approach, delivery and monitoring.

The consultation will close on 16th September 2025.
