Arlene will lead Riada with the support of Sales Director Gary Thompson and founder and CEO Frances Lundy to collectively shape Riada’s next chapter.

With responsibility for the leadership and development of Riada , she will play a key role in achieving the company’s growth aspirations and cement Riada as leaders within the recruitment industry. Her reputation for relationship building, high performance output and team leadership alongside her ability to make confident business decisions will ensure Riada continues to be a connected team of experts, working and delivering to world class standards.
