Judges will evaluate growth across multiple areas, including:

- Customer base and market share
- New products/services
- Staff recruitment, retention, and development
- Entry into new or expanded markets

Open to businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to large enterprises, this category is ideal for any organisation that can demonstrate substantial business growth between April 2023 and March 2025.
