This award recognises businesses/organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment and a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.

Evidence of a robust recruitment process

The Honourable The Irish Society has been supporting communities across the northwest for over 400 years. That’s why our mission is to work in partnership for the social and economic benefit of Northern Ireland and in particular, the north west. We do this through our charitable grant making. Each year, the Society invests approx. £250,000 in community endeavours aimed at creating great communities for people to live, work and visit.
