Join us on Wednesday 20th November at The Courthouse Shared Space Creative Hub for an exciting morning featuring a panel of inspirational guest speakers, a live culinary masterclass, and the opportunity to connect with others.
Hosted by award-winning, broadcaster and presenter, Lynette Fay, we’ll start with a delicious breakfast, followed by a panel of sports and fitness professionals, sharing their views on how best to support and promote positive health and wellbeing amongst males.
