DESCRIPTION:Come learn the fundamentals of Mixology with Ashley Douglas who is a lecturer in professional bartending at the Northern Regional College & manager of Portrush’s exciting new Tiki Bar. \nDuring this workshop Ashley will cover the essential guide to cocktails\, bar set-up\, the anatomy of a cocktail and the essential skills to create a perfectly balanced drink.  You’ll also learn the secret to creating the perfect Mojito as well as some other classic cocktails. \nPlease arrive at 1830 for arrival drinks.  \nThe session is expected to last 90 minutes with an opportunity to network with other guests before and after the session. \nSpaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. \nPlease RSVP to receive a payment email.
