He is the founder of Neurodiversity Training International\, where he leads initiatives to promote neurodiversity in educational and corporate settings. As a motivational speaker\, he focuses on integrating the neurodivergent community into various aspects of life and work\, debunking myths and confronting stereotypes. \n\nWe will also be joined by: \n\n\nEdyth Dunlop from The Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment is an umbrella organisation representing organisations supporting people with disabilities into employment.
