Finalist for Northern Ireland Business Woman of the Year 2025
Published on:September 8, 2025

Grace Smith, of Forge Female Fitness and Workforce Wellness, is absolutely thrilled to share that she has been shortlisted as a finalist for Northern Ireland Business Woman of the Year at the National Business Women’s Awards 2025!

Standing alongside so many incredible women from across the UK is both humbling and energising for Grace.

This recognition reflects her journey, from overcoming personal challenges to building Forge Female Fitness, Northern Ireland’s No.1 Health and Wellness Studio, and launching Workforce Wellness, which is transforming wellbeing in workplaces across the country.

The National Business Women’s Awards celebrate women who are driving change, building businesses with impact, and proving that bold ideas paired with relentless hard work can create real results. To be recognised in that space is something Grace does not take lightly.

The finals take place this October at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, London Tower Bridge, where Grace will join so many inspiring leaders to celebrate.

Here’s to showing what Northern Irish women in business can do.
