At Friends of Signature Swimming (FOSS) we aim to tackle the challenges of physical and mental disability in an aquatic environment. We give 3–16-year-olds a rewarding experience as they learn how to swim and become comfortable and confident in the water. We are a registered charity, and all funds go towards updating our pool based at Coleraine Grammar school the aim is to make it more accessible for all.

CGS struggle with updating the pool as School swimming stops in the National Curriculum at P7, so a secondary school with the luxury of a pool is seen just as that and the Education Authority will not help. Therefore, they rely heavily on the income from rental from our business at Signature Swimming and FOSS to keep this invaluable resource open.
