Claire Auchmuty of Claire Auchmuty Coaching, has been named Health and Wellbeing Award winner of the 2024 Women Changing the World Awards.

The Women Changing the World Awards presented by Oprah Winfrey’s all-time favourite guest, Dr. Tererai Trent, celebrate and recognize women achieving outstanding success in areas such as sustainability, humanitarian work, leadership, advocacy, tech, product development, education, health and innovation. The awards are designed to recognize the growing number of women who are leading the way in making the world a better place for us all and inspire other women to answer the call to take action.

Dr. Trent explains, “These exceptional women are here to awaken hearts, give permission to recapture dreams and inspire the women of the world to come together to forge a brighter path for all. The rising of women is the awakening of everybody.”

Claire said she was excited to win in her category in the 2024 Women Changing the World Awards.

Dr. Trent’s vision for these awards is to empower women everywhere to reclaim their sacred dreams and call in women across the globe to unite and pave the way towards a better future for all.

It can be challenging to create change in the world and Claire gives this advice for others thinking about following their calling to make a difference.”I believe we are all called for a purpose that is higher than anything we can imagine, or sometimes even dare to dream. Every journey begins with a single step, and when we say “yes” to our gut instinct, we can start to create something new and exciting in the world. ”.

Claire is proud of her achievements, in the last 12 months she has walked alongside her clients, both male and female, as they have become unstuck and generated forward movement into a life they choose to live in, navigated a total house renovation whilst single parenting and building her business internationally, and co-authored  a chapter in a book titled “Unstoppable Stories” that became an International No 1 bestseller in the UK, Australia and Canada, and she attributes this success to her passion – to bring to others what she didn’t have eight years ago when her marriage broke down, and saying yes to the opportunities presented to her .

She is committed to continuing to make an impact through her work and her vision for the future is to see shame removed from the story of divorce and empower people to live a life of freedom and joy.
