People Development Award
This award recognises organisations that place a strong emphasis on the continuous development of their people, embedding a culture of learning, upskilling, and personal growth across all levels of the business. It celebrates those who have delivered impactful training and development initiatives over the past two years, contributing to individual success, business performance, and wider community engagement.
Judges will be looking for innovative, inclusive, and strategic approaches to people development that demonstrate clear benefits to both employees and the organisation.
