Entry to Management Graduate Development Programme
This programme is a fantastic way of injecting new talent and ideas into the business, and further developing your systems or processes as well as providing an opportunity to train and upskill graduate talent in NI.
In summary the programme is:
24wks in duration
Graduates are placed with organisations in a paid placement
Organisations employ the graduate for the period of the programme and agree salary and T&Cs in line with their own policies
Graduates complete a CMI L5 certificate
Graduates complete a business improvement project with the organisation which drives ROI and measurable outcomes
Graduates are expected to attend 2 days induction and 2 days per conference (mid-point) with regard to time away from the business.
The ETM programme can facilitate organisations who have already recruited graduates themselves opposed to us placing one.
Addition Organisational contribution is £300 +VAT per graduate
