This award celebrates retail excellence, recognising businesses that go above and beyond to deliver a standout shopping experience. It honours retailers that demonstrate individuality, outstanding customer service, and creative merchandising—tailored to meet the needs and preferences of their customer base. The award highlights those businesses that contribute to the vitality and uniqueness of the Causeway Coast & Glens retail offering.
Who should apply?
This category is open to all retailers located within the Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council area, regardless of size or sector. Whether you are a fashion boutique, independent bookshop, artisan gift store, or speciality food retailer—if you provide exceptional customer experiences and understand your market, we encourage you to apply.
Applicants will be assessed on both stage one online application and stage two the public vote. Please note that 75% of mark will be allocated to online application with 25% allocated from public vote. Following initial shortlisting by the judging panel, this category will be judged by Public Vote: (Details will be published on how to vote at a later date).
