Would you like to learn more about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)? Would you like to deepen your cultural competency and knowledge?

Following from our extremely successful previous DEI Training, Building Communities Resource Centre (BCRC) are delighted to announce another exciting and engaging series of six sessions each Wednesday commencing on Wednesday 7 February.  Four workshops will be based in Building Communities Resource Centre (Ballymoney) consisting of 3 hour sessions and a further 2 study visits elsewhere in Northern Ireland.  Transport and refreshments will be provided for the study visits.

The model and content for this programme is designed and guided by Cultural Ambassadors living in the community with lived experience.  They have been involved in the process and their delivery will provide testimonials of lived experience of these themes, theory, research and evaluation.

This FREE training is open to anyone who would like to grow their knowledge and awareness of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion including voluntary & community groups, business & retail, statutory agencies or indeed any individuals.
