This award recognises and celebrates the outstanding contribution of tourism-related businesses in promoting the Causeway Coast & Glens as a must-visit destination. It honours businesses that deliver exceptional visitor experiences, demonstrate excellence in customer service and hospitality, and help enhance the profile of the region through innovative tourism marketing and high-quality offerings.
Who should apply?
This category is open to all tourism-related businesses that attract and engage visitors to the Causeway Coast & Glens area. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Visitor attractions
- Outdoor adventure providers
- Parks and leisure facilities
- Museums and galleries
- Cultural or heritage sites
- Guided experience or activity operators
Eligible applicants should be able to demonstrate excellence in customer care, product or service quality, hospitality, and sustained effort in promoting tourism in the region.
